Alan M. Kielman, age 60 of Lima, passed at 9:14 p.m., Thursday, July 20, 2023 at St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima. He was born January 16, 1963 in Lorain, Ohio to Clarence Kielman, who preceded him in death and June Kegley Kielman McClung, who survives in Flemingsburg, Kentucky. Alan M. Kielman, age 60 of Lima, passed at 9:14 p.m., Thursday, July 20, 2023 at St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima. He was born January 16, 1963 in Lorain, Ohio to Clarence Kielman, who preceded him in death and June Kegley Kielman McClung, who survives in Flemingsburg, Kentucky. He married Evelyn Jean who passed January 14, 2022.
Alan enjoyed all kinds of music, fishing with his wife, camping, and drinking coffee.
Also surviving are 2 sons – Arron Kielman of West Liberty, Joseph Kielman of Bellefontaine; 3 step children – Rob Irwin of Jackson Center; Randy Irwin of Bellefontaine; Ryan Irwin; a brother – Timothy Kielman of Elyria, Ohio; 3 sisters – Carolyn (Randy) Gossard of Lakeview; Patricia Kielman of Elyria; and Martha (Jack) Sines of Ephesus, Georgia.
He was preceded in death by an infant brother and his step father – Clarence McClung who passed in 2018.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
