Angela R. Paschall

Angela R. Paschall, age 63 of Lima, went to be with her heavenly Father at 9:06 p.m., Friday, June 24, 2022 from St. Rita’s Mercy Health. She was born December 18, 1958 in Lima, Ohio to Patricia A. Henderson Skipworth who survives in Lima and Donald Hughes, Sr. who preceded her in passing.

Angela was a bright soul with a big personality. She was outgoing, loved nature, and could be a real fireball. She loved kids, being a little bossy, and always putting God and her family first.

Family was extremely important to her and she was blessed with a big one. She is survived by a step-mother – Annie Hughes of Lima; siblings – Catherine Hughes of CA; Donald (finance’ Cheryl) Hughes, Jr. of WA; Margaret Hughes (Maurice) Sumpter of Elida; India Hughes of Roundhead; and Daniel (Nicole) Hughes of Cincinnati; aunts –Joyce Williams, Shirley Copeland, Gloria Horton, Karen McClendon (Houston) and Glenna Gooding all of Lima; uncle –Terry Henderson of TN; a host of nephews, nieces, great nieces and great nephews, cousins, her many friends, and a very special friend – Otis.

She was also preceded in death by a brother-Bobby Hughes; aunts – Elaine Copeland and Rita Godsey; uncles – Wayne Henderson, Richard Henderson and Gary Henderson; maternal grandparents – Annie L. Henderson and Booker T. Henderson; paternal grandparents – Isabel Hughes and Frances Hughes.

A private family gathering will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima at a later date.
