Barbara A. Kuba

Barbara Ann Kuba age 85, of Cridersville passed away 4:55 p.m., Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Otterbein-Cridersville. She was born Feb. 21, 1936 in Lima to the late Thomas and Inez Wahneta (McPheron) McCormick. She married Frederick W. Kuba Sept. 25, 1952 and he preceded her in death Aug. 4, 2021.
Mrs. Kuba had been a cook for headstart in Lakeview. Barbara had been a past Worthy Matron for Chapter 121 Lafayette Order of Eastern Star and had recently received her 50 year pin.
Survivors include children: Vicky (Charles) ‘Nick’) Ford of Russells Point, Bob (Kathy) Kuba of Point, TX, Rick (Jan) Kuba of Waynesfield and Jim (Sharon) Kuba of Wapakoneta, 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and a sister: Judy Byrd of Wapakoneta.
She was preceded in death by a son: David Kuba and a sister Rosie Logan.
The family will receive friends 4- 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29 and the funeral will follow at 7 with Pastor Don Smith officiating. Private burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery near New Hampshire.
