Barbara Louise Cramer age 87, of Harrod died 12:15 p.m., Saturday, February 06, 2021 at The Springs of Lima. She was born November 10, 1933 in Harrod, Ohio to Charles Gilmer ‘Jim’ and Mary Alice (Henders) Smith. On April 28, 1951 she married Norman Dale Cramer who survives in Harrod. They shared their love for each other for more than 70 years.
She attended and graduated from Auglaize Local School. She enjoyed flower and herb gardening, cooking and was an avid antique collector. She and her husband did many antique shows and flea markets for many years. She had previously worked with the Girl Scouts, had a Real Estate License and loved entertaining family and friends.
Barbara was mother to four children: Wanda (Mike) Criblez of Bluffton, James (Sheila) Cramer of Lima, Penni (Walter) Nixon of Ross, Ohio and Ronald (Rachel) Cramer of Rushsylvania, Ohio; grandchildren include: Lance (Diana) Criblez of Harrod, Stacy (Tommy) Alger of Lima, Jessica (Jason) Meyers of Ross, Terri (Doug) Brown of Indianapolis, Brittany (Steve) Grothouse of Ft. Jennings, Kelli (Matt) Smith of Ross, Alex Cramer of Rushylvania and Brant Engle of Lima, 15 great grandchildren: Lauren, Gabe, & Eli Criblez, Brice and Blain Belcher, Chloe Agler, Spencer and Eden Brown, Addy, Hudson and Paige Grothouse, Eliza and Kenzie Smith and Ella & Dylan Meyers. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter Megan Criblez-Crowe.
A celebration of life will be at a later date and memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Barbara had the best laugh and a ready smile. She was a caring friend and loving spouse and mother. Her home was always a welcoming place to be.
