So sad for your loss. He was a wonderful, kind and caring man. I remember fondly the years we all attended church together in Fostoria and lived down the alley from you all. Love to hear him sing "Jesus". He will be missed for sure, but we know we shall all meet at the marriage supper of the Lamb. Hugs and love and many prayers to all of you.
Curt Barlekamp left a message on August 16, 2022:
A big heart, indeed! As a lifelong friend of Nate, I learned at a very young age that Bruce was a giver and he influenced others to follow his lead. Always quick with a smile and always happy to see you, asking about your welfare and that of your loved ones. Stopping to shoot baskets as he got home from work... one of my favorite memories. We had our faith in common as well, and he exampled joy during this walk while faithfully working his mission field... a big one, as he made it a point to reach out to those fortunate folk who crossed his path... like me! Thankfully Bruce's legacy will not be lost as the apple did not fall far from the tree. But that's another story, in progress... by which I and my family are blessed!
