Charles E. Nickells, age 58 of Lima, died Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Lima Memorial Hospital. He was born October 18, 1958, in Lima, Ohio to the late Sam and Virgie Nickells. Charles E. Nickells, age 58 of Lima, died Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Lima Memorial Hospital. He was born October 18, 1958, in Lima, Ohio to the late Sam and Virgie Nickells.
Mr. Nickells was a landscaper with Lockwood Nursery and Fowler & Hadding Landscape.
He is survived by children – Charles E. (Briana Balogh) Nickells II and Amanda Gipson both of Edgerton, OH; 5 grandchildren – Terrell, Baleigh, Blake, Logan, and Gabby; Siblings – Kelly Jon Nickells of Lima; Sam (Dawn) Nickells of Edon, OH; Walter (Theresa) Nickells of Edgerton; Jan (Misti) Nickells of Lima, Diane (William) Pugh of Edgerton; and Cindy (Dennis) Kurtz of Edgerton; and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by Siblings – Tom Nichols, Darrell Nickells, Barb Swickrath, Danny Nickells.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. A service will follow at 3:00 p.m.
