Coleen J. Graham age 55, of Lima, died 3:20 p.m., Thursday, July 21 at Shawnee Manor Nursing Home. She was born March 19, 1956 in Lima to John and Joan Bryan Bruin, both parents are deceased. She was formerly married to Stephen J. Grothjan and Daniel J. Graham.
Coleen had been a member of Eagles, Orioles, Moose, Am. Legion and V. F. W. of Lima. She was a 1974 graduate of LCC and had worked at Artex, Ex-Cello/ Airfoil Textron and Good Year. Coleen had fought cancer since 2008, winning her first 2 battles of throat and lung cancer. Her third battle, the cancer spread through out her body and she lost this final battle. She was a devoted mother to her 3 sons.
Survivors include 3 sons: Jason Grothjan of Michigan City, IN, Bryan Graham and Gina McDaniel of Lima and Brandon Graham and Victoria Kellam of Lima; a grandson Bradley Graham; 3 sisters: Laura (Allen) Dake , Erin Bruin and Doug Stumbaugh, Jackie Friemoth all of Lima and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 2 – 8 p.m., Monday July25 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville.
Memorial mass will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday July 26 at St. John’s Catholic Church with Father David Ross officiating and burial will follow at Gethsemani Cemetery.
Memorial contributions maybe given to the family
