Cynthia Lee Smith, age 68 of Wapakoneta, made her eternal journey home at 7:49 p.m., Thursday, January 26, 2023 at St. Rita’s Mercy Health, Lima. Cindy attended Immanuel Baptist Church and lived a Christian life. Her heart was big, she loved life, cats, and especially her family. She will be remembered for being a beautiful person inside and out, with a giving heart.
