Steiner age 87, of Wapakoneta passed away 8:05 a.m., Monday, Feb. 5, 2024 at St. Rita’s.  He was born Feb. 2, 1937 in Putnam County to the late Clifford and Florence (Adams) Steiner.  He married E.
