David Allen Klaus age 56 of Rochester, Washington and formerly of Wapakoneta passed away January 4, 2023 at his residence. David Allen Klaus age 56 of Rochester, Washington and formerly of Wapakoneta passed away January 4, 2023 at his residence. He was born in Lima June 22, 1966 to James and Sandra Klaus his mother survives in Wapakoneta. He married Kimberly Bush March 31, 1990 who survives in Rochester.
He graduated from Wapakoneta High School and attended heating and air conditioning school in New Haven, Indiana. After his military service in Germany, he settled in Rochester, WA. He serviced 24 fitness clubs from Portland, Oregon to Seattle, Washington.
Additional survivors include a son Darrin Klaus, daughter Elizabeth Klaus, brothers: Tim (Julie) Klaus, Ron (Nannette) Klaus, John (Kendra) Klaus; sisters: Rebecca (Dale) Dicus and Suzanne (Scott Lovejoy) Klaus and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Jim, paternal grandparents Philip and Lucinda Klaus, maternal grandparents Harold & Donna Shaw and a sister Leann Thompson.
