Debra K. Herzog, age 59, of Cridersville passed away at her residence Monday Feb. 13, 2017. She was born Jan. 9, 1958 to the late Ronald Eugene Brantley and Ollie Marie Starkey. She was raised by Edith Parsons Harrod, who also preceded her in death.
Debra had been an in-home health care provider for Home Instead Senior Care. Deb enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing games with her friends online and collecting things. She was a member of Hume United Methodist Church and graduated from Shawnee High School in 1976.
Survivors include a son: Jason (Jennifer) Brantley, Sr. of Howard City, MI and 2 daughters: Danielle (Jason Cooper) Herzog of Huntersville, NC and Ginger (Adam Crates) Triplett of Elida, 15 grandchildren: Samantha Brantley, Jason Brantley, Jr., Kaitlin Brantley, Logan Brantley, Tyler Johns, Daniel Cooper, Jason Cooper, Alexis Cooper, Damen Cooper, Samantha Cooper, Brady Cooper, Kinadie Lacock, Keerstin Collins, Cody Crates, Taylor Crates and great grandchildren Aniyah Somerton and Amari Carpenter; a brother Bob (Terri) Halsell of Lima and Jennie (Mike Gorman) Williams of Elida.
She was preceded in Death by a sister Kim Edens.
The family will receive friends Saturday Feb. 18, 2017 form 2- 4 p.m., at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. A private family service will be held at a later date.
