Obituary

 

Delores D. Fike age 90, of Lima passed away 9:04 p.m. Thursday, March 22 at St. Rita’s Medical Center. She was born Dec. 23, 1927 to the late Bernard and Lila Marie Quick Green.  She married Richard E. Fike and he preceded her in death Nov. 22, 2012.

Delores had worked for Lima City School in the cafeteria. She also had been a member of Central Christian Church, Lima.

Survivors include 2 sons: Richard A. (Sue) Fike of Vero Beach, Fl and Gregory L. (Laura) Fike of Cridersville, a daughter Deborah (Tom) McDiarmid of Fowlerville, MI; 7 grandchildren:  Tomlinson, Jessica and Nicholas McDiarmid, Kelsey Ames, Hallie Loewy, Hayden, Brandon and Shane Fike; 4 great grandchildren:  Jillian and Cashton McDiarmid, Tyjahnna and Reist Ames.

She was preceded in death by a son Steven Fike in 2015.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday at Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima. With Rev. Jon Spyker officiating.  Memorial contributions may be given to the Allen County Council on Aging and online condolences may be shared at BayliffAndSon.com
