Dennis G. Sowders age 66, of Carey, passed away 1:15 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 20, 2021. He was born Feb. 27, 1954 in Mansfield, Ohio to the late Fredrick and Maryann (Abraam) Sowders.
Dennis was a good ole boy that like to hunt, fish and have campfires. He loved telling jokes and helping people out, he had a huge heart. Dennis had been the maintenance man for Carey Northside Mobile Home Park which included homemade popsicles for the kids in the summer.
Survivors include a sister Theresa (Glenn) Linley of Harrod and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother James R. Sowders.
Private graveside services will be held in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Detroit, Michigan.
