Dianna J. Fisher age 75, of Wapakoneta passed away Friday, Sept. 2 at 11:08 p.m. in Wapakoneta Manor following an extended illness. She was born Nov. 26, 1946 in Lima to the late Robert Eugene and Annabelle (Place) Bowsher. She married Nelson R. Fisher June 3, 1967 and he preceded her in death October 3, 2010. She is survived by her significant other Ronald Warnecke.
Dianna was a member of Buckland United Church of Christ. She had worked for Producers Livestock in Wapak back in the day and had been a clerk for Time Warner as well as a farm wife. She took pride in her flower beds and enjoyed fishing. She took great joy in being treasurer of the Miracle Meal and helping families in need.
Additional survivors include her daughter: Brenda (Ric) Abbott of Sidney, grandchildren: Jordan, Kaitlyn, Derek, Sara, Camden, Paxton, Kaden, Alex and Derik, great grandchildren: Iris, Abel, Leon and Lachlan; a brother Russell (Linda) Bowsher of Wapak and in-laws: Joyce Fisher of St. Mary’s, Martha Fisher of Wapak and Christine Fisher of St. Paris.
She was preceded in death by a brother Pearl William Bowsher, a sister Wavalene (Richard) Miller and in-laws: Kenneth E. and Ada H. (Tewell) Fisher, Norman Fisher, Nolan Fisher, Phyllis (Edward) Goodson and Alexa Tippie.
A graveside service will be held 1:30 Sunday, Sept. 11 at Buckland United Church of Christ with Pastor John Mummert officiating. A gathering will follow at Buckland United Church of Christ.
