Wayne Miller, age 59 of Lima, died at 4:40 p.m., Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Promedica Toledo Hospital from complications of a stroke. He was born November 1, 1956 in Lima, Ohio to Eldon Earl and Marian Parker Miller. His father precedes him in death on December 26, 2014 and his mother survives in Lima. On September 1, 2004 he married Debby A. Snyder McKinney, who survives in Lima.
Wayne was a operations manager with Mid-American Cleaning Contractors. In his earlier years he attended the Abundant Life Temple on 117 and spent time bow hunting with his dad and brothers. He loved to fish, do yard work, and grow tomatoes. One of his favorite past times was spending time with his extended family at Paddy Macs.
He is also survived by his children – Krystal (Anthony) Page of Columbus Grove; Corey Miller of Lima; Jaimi McKinney of Lima; Kyle McKinney of Lima; Kain McKinney of Lima; 9 grandchildren – Tayler, Treaver, Abbygale, Paiten, Keigen, Dakota, Jase, Whitli, Jax and his honorary grandchildren – Nevaeh, Kole, and Tana ‘Hootie’; and a brother – Phil M. (Joan) Miller of Lima.
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers – Thomas L. Miller who died June 18, 2015 and Matt Alan Miller who died March 27, 2005.
Funeral services will begin 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. Rev. Brandon Green will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m., Friday, May 27, 2016 at the funeral home.
