Obituary

Gail Shellenbarger, age 72 of Lima passed Friday, January 28, 2022 at the Cancer Center at Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born July 3, 1949 in Lima, to the late Hillery F. and Lucille Janeway Money. In December 1977 she married Roger Shellenbarger, who survives.

Mrs. Shellenbarger was a retired baker at Cheifs Super Market. She loved to read and shop. The thing she treasured most, was time spent with her family. Her family was everything and moments spent with them were always fun.

Also surviving is a daughter – Patricia (Chuck Goodman) Money of Lima; 2 sons- Michael (Chrissy) Money of Lima; Allen (Angie) Newland of Lima; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 sisters – Mary (Robert) Rodriguez of Lima; Ruby Money of Lima, a brother – Paul (Vicki) Money of CA.

She was preceded in death by a grandson Nathan Whitaker; 3 brothers – Danny, Moe, and Larry Money; and a sister – Jerri Gibson.

Funeral services will begin 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.

The family will receive friends from 11:30 – 1:30 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
