Grace I. Croft age 76, of Lima passed away 5:27 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022 at St. Rita’s Medical Center. She was born Feb, 27, 1945 in Lima to the late John Joseph and Irene (Scharf) Kuhn. She married Roy E. Croft Feb. 6, 1965 and he survives in Lima. Grace was deeply loved by many people.
Grace graduated from LCC in 1963. She babysat children at home while her children were young. Worked for Shawnee IGA and then went to work for Dairy Queen and retired from there as a manager. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, reading and following people on Facebook. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her favorite past time.
Additional survivors include children: Tim (Terri) Croft of Lima, John (Karen) Croft of Lima, Todd (Mariluann) Croft of Lima, Dan (Mandi) Croft of Sidney, Tom (Erica) Croft of Lima and Angie (Fred) Elgert of Lima; 19 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren and siblings: Joanne Moser of Lima, Tom (Val) Kuhn of Lima, Bob (Vicki) Kuhn of Wapak, Mary (Jeff) Lyons of Lima, Dave (Kathy) Kuhn of Lima and Jim Kuhn of Lima.
She was preceded in death by a brother John Kuhn and a brother-in-law Larry Moser.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Grace attended Union Chapel Missionary Church. Memorial contributions may be given to the Kidney Foundation.

Grace lived up to her name..I had the pleasure of watching our boys compete in wrestling in High school. Chad and Lee Lauck. I remember Dan mostly. What a great family of boys .Then she came!!! She and Roy raised a wonderful family. I had the pleasure of seeing her at our monthly high school lunch before Christmas.. She was indeed a lovely gracious lady with a beautiful smile. Sympathies and condolences from the Bellows and Sensibaugh families. Back in the day, our families spent lots of time together at Shawnee Sporting events.....specifically wrestling. The family that Grace and Roy created was one of the best. Cherish your memories.....she is with you forever.
