Jackie L. Adams age 42, of Lima passed away Dec. 1, 2018 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo. She was born Dec. 3, 1975 in Hazard, KY to the late Walker Collins and Eliza Spencer Collins who survives in Lima. She married Douglas J. Adams and he survives in Lima.
Jackie was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and social butterfly.
Additional survivors include a son: Douglas Delano Adams, a daughter Alaina, Rose Adams, granddaughter: A’miah, stepchildren: Kyle Matthews, Amanda, Taylor and Ashley Adams and sisters: Crystal Collins and Nicole Kistler all of Lima.
She was preceded in death by 2 sisters Rhonda and Tonya Collins.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association.
