James Lee Hartman, age 74 passed at 9:11 p.m., Friday, July 6, 2018 at home surrounded by his family. He was born May 16, 1944 in Youngstown, Ohio to the late Walter and Evelyn Walther Hartman. On December 28, 1981 he married Connie A. Cooper who survives.
Survivors also include 2 sons – James (Shelley) Hartman of Northeast, Maryland; William (Karen) Hartman of Bay Village, Ohio; 2 daughters – Leslee Borman of Annapolis, Maryland; Jodi (Jason) Yankalunas of Snow Hill, Maryland; 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; a brother – Thom Hartman of Overland Park, Kansas; and a sister – Dottie Bork of Youngstown, Ohio.
A memorial service will begin 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. Pastor Keith Wilson will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until time of services on Saturday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Day Care Center at the Allen County Council on Aging.
