Jane A. Bockbrader age 85, of Lima passed away 8:05 a.m., Friday, March 9, 2018 at Lima Memorial Health System. She was born Jan. 17, 1933 in Bellefontaine, Ohio to the late Herbert Benjamin and Alice Mildred Randall Morningstar.
Jane retired from Westinghouse Electric Where she worked in accounting and had been a volunteer at Lima Memorial with more than a thousand hours donated.
Survivors include 2 sons: Steven (Kelly) Bockbrader of Hereford, AZ , Scott (Lori) Bockbrader of Fairfield, Ohio, 2 daughters: Lisa Kay Bockbrader of Toledo and Lori Ann Bockbrader of Lima; 8 grandchildren: Amanda, Steven, Megan, Brett, Troy, Michelle, Kyle and Logan, 8 great grandchildren: Addison, Michael, Collin, Steven, Andrew, Mason, Reghan, Bailey and one on the way.
A brother: John (Ruth) Moningstar of Wapak, a sister: Marilyn Sue Morningstar of Lima Sister-in-law Barb Morningstar of Florida and a brother-in-law Don Ritchie of Uniopolis.
She was preceded in death by siblings: Donald and Richard Morningstar and Doris Ritchie.
Thank you to the LMH Nurses on ICU and 2nd floor for the loving care you gave our Mother during her last week.
The family will receive friends 10-12 Friday, March 16 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. A memorial service will follow with Chaplain David Stanford officiating. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to Lima Memorial Auxiliary or Putnam County Hospice.
