Janice D. Mason age 82, of Wapakoneta passed away 9:40 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 16 at home. She was born May 10, 1939 in Dott, West Virginia to the late Charles and Ora (Steele) Sigmon. She married Lee Mason April 18, 1958 and he preceded her in death March 4, 2009.
Jan had been a homemaker and enjoyed riding motorcycles, crafting, gardening and taking care of her flowers. She loved being with her family, watching the Reds and being with her beloved Buster.
Survivors include daughters Donna Buck of Moorehaven, FL and Lori (Scott) Lucas of Wapakoneta; grandchildren: Michael Lee, Shanin, Ashley (Raymond), Taylor (Calvin), Amanda (Aaron), Tim (Nikki), Jennifer and Dan; great grandchildren: Kelby, Taylor (Tyler), Mayci, Raylee, Matthew, Rayna, Will, Violet, Alexa, Brayden, Trinity, Dakota, Logan, Jordan, Cameron, Zoey, Rowdy, Levi, Collin, Austin and Ava and a great great grandson Holdyn.
Janice was preceded in death by a daughter Susan and 2 brothers.
The family will receive friends 11 to 1:30 p.m. Monday Sept. 20 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. The funeral will follow at 1:30 with Rev. Terry Brock officiating and burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery near Uniopolis.
Memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home to help with expenses care of family pay on the website.
