Jean Enzle Hogan age 86, of Wapak died 5:30 a.m., Tuesday Nov. 8 at Joint Township Hospital. She was born Oct. 6, 1925 in Dayton to Maurice V. and Dorothy E. Evans Bickel, who preceded her in death. She married B. C. Enzle Oct. 19, 1946 who preceded her in death April 21, 1975 and later married Harold E. Hogan Oct. 17, 1987 and he preceded her in death May 16, 2006.
Mrs. Hogan had been a secretary for Roser Insurance. She was a member of Daughters of the Republic Sussanna Russell Chapter and former member of Salem United Methodist Church. She held an Associates degree from Miami Jacobs Business College.
Survivors include a son Mark D. (Sally) Enzle of St. Mary’s, 2 granddaughters: Kate (Matthew) Maurer and Sarah (Ryan) Blanton, great grandchildren Jakob, Abigail, Mia and Gavin Blanton, daughters-in-law: Monique Enzle and Shirley Enzle.
She was preceded in death by a son Michael E. Enzle.
A memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m., Friday, November 11 at Salem United Methodist Church with Pastor Shawn Morris officiating.
