Obituary

Joe L. Reese, age 56 of Lima, passed at 6:32 a.m., Thursday, December 2, 2021, at St. Rita’s Mercy Health in Lima. He was born November 21, 1965, in Lima, Ohio to the late Joe L. and Faith L. (Hahn) Reese.

Joe had worked as a direct support professional at Marimor and previously was the mall manager at the American Mall and had worked in operations at the Lima Mall. He loved renovation homes and playing the keyboard. Joe enjoyed collection antiques, stamps and rare coins.

He is survived by a sister – Kimberly J. (Paul) Parker of Lima; a niece – Amanda (Joe) Roby of Wapakoneta; a nephew – Edward (Kaitlynn) Parker of Lima; his best friend – Alan Harnishfeger of Lima; boy – Colton Kelling of Lima; his 4 legged best buddy – Buster.

Graveside services will begin 12:00 p.m., Friday, December 10, 2021
at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.

Memorial contributions may be given to Angels for Animals.
