John W. Morrow

John W. Morrow age 91, of Lima, passed away 5:45 a.m., Saturday, Jan.
22, 2022 at St. Rita’s Medical Center. He was born September 10, 1930
in Freeport, IL to the late Raymond Dale and Elizabeth Saxby (Fugate)
Morrow. He married Nancy Ruth Britton July 3, 1978 and she survives
in Lima.
John attended Believers’ Christian Fellowship. He had a strong
faith and love in the Lord. He loved to help those in need and was a true ‘Jack
of all trades’. He had served in the U.S. Coast Guard during Korea.
Additional survivors include his two children: Susan and Charles Laxalt, 3 stepsons: Dean (Kathy) Moore of Pace,
FL, Kenny Moore of Oregon and Bryan Moore of Lima, 8 grandchildren and
9 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother Charles Morrow.
The family will receive friends 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 29, 2022
at Believers Christian Fellowship with Pastor Chad Lamb officiating
the memorial service.
