I remember Joe from his young years in Chesapeake, Ohio, being close to my sister’s age. I am very sorry for your loss.
Papaw was a caring and loving man. He always was willing to help others in anyway he could. He was one of my many supporters growing up and always was there whenever you needed him. He had a calming presence that could put you at ease and always made sure that when I came to visit him and mamaw that I enjoyed my stay, relaxed and got rid of any stress from work, school, ect. Papaw will be dearly missed. Whenever I pass the eagles nest on my drive to work I will be thinking of him. This isn't a goodbye but see you soon. I love you papaw, forever and always.
