Kenneth ‘Kenny’ E. Harner age 57, of Delphos passed away Saturday afternoon, July 24, 2021 at his residence. He was born April 29, 1964 in Lima to the late Elden Kenneth Harner and Thelma Metcalf. His mother and bonus dad Clark Beale survive in Lima. He married Diana Miller April 24, 1988 and she survives in Delphos.
Kenny had bowled for years, being a member of USBC for 40 plus years, part of the Friday Industrial League and the Monday Nighters. He was a fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Indians and Pittsburgh Steelers. He enjoyed collecting Hot Wheels, fishing and planting flowers. He Had worked for Domino’s Pizza.
Additional survivors include children: Jonathan (Sarah) Shenk of Columbus, Branden (Elizabeth Karchnick) Harner of Lima, Matthew (Hailee Lowery) of Columbus, Heather (Scott Karsten) of Lima, Sarah (Lamar Stiverson) Harner of Delphos, Kenneth ‘Mikey’ Harner of Delphos and Destiny (Matthew) Burchett of Lima; siblings: Vivian Lanza of California, Cyndi Morris of Texas, Sonny Harner of Lima, Raymond (Liz) Harner of Lima, Kayla (Dwayne Peel) Rosas of Hartford City, IN, Deloris (Rick) Ogden of Marysville, Debora (Mike) Watson of Mississippi and Kathy Clapper of Michigan; sister-in-law Elaine Harner of Akron; 14 grandchildren; brothers of the heart: Henry B. Freeman, Larry Warner, Frankie Adams, Steve Harner and Roger Dale and mothers of grandchildren: Kati Harner, Lexy Gray and Devon McGue.
He was preceeded in death by Siblings Chuck Harner, Roseann Day, Maxine Harner and Barbara Spicer.
The family will receive friends 10 -12 and 2-4 p.m. Friday, July 30th at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. The funeral will follow at 4 with Pastor Charles H. Johnson officiating. Burial of cremated remains will be in Woodlawn Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home to help with the cost of services.
