KENNETH W. BIBLER, age 57 of Wapakoneta, Ohio and formerly of Arlington, Ohio passed away on September 11, 2009 at 7:24 p.m. in Wapakoneta Manor Nursing Home after enduring a year long battle with cancer. He was born June 18, 1952 and raised in Findlay, Ohio. He is the son of Richard Wayne and Rosemary Trautwein Bibler, who survive in Findlay.
Kenny is survived by his loving wife Linda of 39 years and two sons, Chad (Cyndi) Bibler of Fountain Hills, Arizona; and Scott (Dorian) Bibler of Toledo, Ohio; 6 granddaughters – Kyndra, Jynsen, Diana, Caitlin, Olivia, and Ava; Three sisters – Kathy (James) Quarrell of Deming, NM; Becky (Dale) Hotelling of Orange Park, FL and Susan (Jon) Brezina of Arlington, OH. He also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kenny was preceded in death by a brother James Allen Bibler.
Kenny will be missed greatly by family and many friends. Kenny was employed for many years at Plastipak Packaging in Jackson Center, Ohio where he worked in the Beverage Department as Maintenance. In addition, Kenny served as a 1st Responder. He was a faithful member of the Odd Fellows Lodge#73, Encampment #93, Rebecca Lodge#235, Moose Lodge #1533, Prairie View Golf club, Wapakoneta Fish & Game Club and was an American Red Cross Donor. Kenny loved life and had a passion for dancing, fishing, woodworking, and golfing.
A memorial service celebrating Kenny’s life will begin 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at Grace Chapel Christian Union Church, Santa Fe Line Road, Wapakoneta.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Kenny to: Cancer Association of Auglaize County.
A gathering of friends and family dinner will be held at Kenny’s home immediately following the memorial service.
