Larry L. Young, of Lima went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, May 6, 2023, while a patient in St. Rita’s hospital. He was born August 10, 1942, in Lima, Ohio to Mary Green and Orville Young.
Larry loved food and visiting with his family and friends. He enjoyed his years as a cab driver, visiting everyone while working at Black & White Cab company.
He is survived by 3 children: Tiera (Taze) Rachel of Stryker, Ricky Young of Muskingum, MI, Amanda Young of Alburquerque, NM. A very dear, special friend, Patti Tuerck of Lima; 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 13 siblings.
He was preceded in death by his father, Orville Young, mother, Mary Green, stepfather, Freddie Green, 2 brothers: Fred Spence Green and Ricky Lee Green and his brother-in-law David Jackson.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
