Linda Kay Bryant, age 63 of Lima, passed away at 7:03 a.m., Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at her residence. She was born July 3, 1953 in Jackson, Ohio to the late Gurney ‘Dick’ Eggers and Virginia (Scarberry) Stoepfel.
Linda was a homemaker. She loved to play lottery tickets, having cookouts, and taking care of her grandchildren; Lexi, Jada, Kaylee and Kylee who affectionately knew her as ‘Grandma/Mawee”.
Linda is survived by her children: Christopher (Mandy) Bryant of Lima; Vickie (Bennie) Donley II of Lima; and Robert (Caysie) Bryant of Lima; 13 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 3 sisters – Patty Gibson of Lima; Carol J. (Danny) Gibson of Ohio City; and Tammy (Lewie) Chandler of Lima; a special friend – Chad Campbell of Lima.
She was preceded in death by a son – Jamey Bryant.
Funeral services will begin 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. Pastor Ed Jarrell will officiate. Burial will follow in Ward Cemetery, Bath Township.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
