Lloyd Harry Muzleski, age 73, of Lima, died Thursday morning in his residence. He was born March 26, 1936 in Gallipolis, Ohio. He is the son of George William and Edna Mae Magley Tope. He was adopted by Rosella and Anthony M. Keeling, and then later adopted by his birth mother Edna and Vince Muzleski.
On June 5, 1971 he married Charlotte L. Simmons Lucas, his loving wife of 38 years, who survives.
Other survivors include 4 children whom he raised and loved: Colette S. (Jack) Smith of Grove City, Ohio; Rhea Lynn Coyle of Hillard, Ohio; Loretta (Tom) Graf of Bremen, Ohio; Darren (Dimple) Lucas of Bremen, GA; an adopted daughter – Kiyomi Takahashi of Okinawa, Japan; 10 grandchildren – Brittany Koenig; Nicholas Koenig; Brandon Pulse; Courtney Coyle; Justin Graf; Sarah Graf; Austin Graf; Matthew Lucas; Kyle Lucas; and Adam Lucas; and 2 granddaughters in Okinawa; a mother-in-law Dorothy Simmons of Cridersville; 2 brother-in-laws – Howard A. Simmons of Valparaiso, FL and Richard A. (Angy) Simmons of Grove City, Ohio, a sister-in-law Sharon Johnson of GA; and a former sister-in-law Pam Simmons of Columbus, Ohio.
Mr. Musleski was a 20 year U.S. Air Force Veteran, serving in Vietnam and 13 years in Asia. He then went on to be a Physicians Assistant for doctors in Vermont, and then retired after 20 years as a corrections officer with the Allen County Sheriff’s Office.
Family was very important to him enjoying his wife, children, and grandchildren. He was an avid sportsman taking pleasure in hunting and fishing. He was an enthusiastic Ohio State Football, Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds fan.
Funeral services will begin 8:00 p.m., Sunday, At Bayliff & Son funeral Home, Cridersville. Father J. Norbert Howe will officiate.
Burial will be 3:00 p.m., Monday, June 29, 2009 in White Oak Grove Cemetery near Washington Court House, Ohio. Full military honors will be observed.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

I just found this, but knew of his passing. I am his only biological child. Proven fact. Charlotte knows, but never really accepted it. I'm just saddened that she never felt it necessary to let me know of dad's passing.
