Obituary

Lori Ann Sprague, age 61 of Uniopolis, passed at 11:12 a.m., Thursday, December 2, 2021 at her residence. She was born February 8, 1960 in Bluffton, Indiana to the late Robert Milo and Helen Jean White Campbell. On July 21, 1976 she married Jerry L. Sprague who survives in Uniopolis.

Lori retired from INEOS formerly known as BP Chemical and was a member of the Lima Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #370. In 1976 she graduated from Wapakoneta High School and went on to earn her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development from Lima Technical College. She loved lighthouses and enjoyed music, especially Pink Floyd and Chicago.

Also surviving are 3 sons – Jerry L. Sprague, Jr. of Shawnee; Jason R. Sprague of Wapakoneta; Jacob M. ‘Jake’ (Tami) Sprague of Uniopolis; 3 grandchildren – Jerry III; Jenna, and Kasen; a brother – Vaughn Campbell of Wapakoneta and a sister – Elaine (Mike) Sullivan of Wapakoneta.

Funeral services will begin 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family.
