Mackenzie Skye Moore, age 12 of Cridersville, went home to be with God at 10:50 a.m., Saturday, June 11, 2016 surrounded by her family. She was born January 20, 2004 in Lima.
Mackenzie was a student first attending Perry School and then transferring to Wapakoneta School. She enjoyed science, space, writing, the world of Harry Potter, and was an artist. She loved God and especially her family.
She is survived by her father – Chad A. Moore of Cridersville; brother and best friend – Lane Moore at home; paternal grandparents – Glenn and Kathleen Moore of Cridersville; aunt and uncle Lindsay and Cory Sifrit; cousin Camdyn; aunt and uncle Kayla and Dana McPheron; cousin Liam McPheron; lots of great aunts and uncles.
Also surviving her mother and step father – Lori and Craig Eaton of Wapakoneta; maternal grandmother – Cathy Kline of Columbus; maternal grandfather – Rodney Opperman of Florida; aunt and uncle – Missy and Chris DiRienzo; cousins – Tia, Eva, and Kya; uncle – Matthew Opperman of Toledo.
Funeral services will begin 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. Aunt Janelle Taviano will officiate. Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery, near West Minster.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday, June 20 at the funeral home.
