Michael “Big Daddy” J Centers

Michael J. ‘Big Daddy’ Centers age 71, of Lima passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at Lima Memorial. He was born May 25, 1951 in Lima to the late Joe and Haley (Gibson) Centers. He married his high school sweetheart, Denise J. Risner April 4, 1969.
Michael enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids. He was a huge Bowns fan and had bowled for years on leagues at Astro Lanes and 20th Century Lanes.
Additional survivors include children: Melissa (Ron) Shepherd of Harrod and Michael J. Centers, II of Lima, 3 grandchildren: S. Cody (Gabi) Shepherd, Drew (Jessica) Robenalt and Adrianna Waughtel and 5 great grandchildren: Alonna, Anastasia, Cody, Camron and Camryn.
He was preceded in death by a brother Steven Centers.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 5th 2 to 7 p.m. at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. The funeral service will be at 7 p.m. with Bishop Dan Holt officiating.
