Morris A. Lehman age 89, of Lima passed away 8:53 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021 at his residence. He was born Feb. 26, 1932 in Lima to the late Charles Russell and Marie (Lones) Lehman. He married Mary Kathryn Turner May 21, 1949 and she preceded him in death Oct. 4, 2019.
Morris had been a truck driver retiring from Scot Lad and had worked 20 years at Lima Cement Products. He was a member of Rousculp Church of Christ. He loved being a foster parent, building houses and working with ceramics.
Survivors include: children: Harold Lehman of Lima, Roger (Shirley) Lehman of Buffalo, NY, Barbara (Thomas) Gossard of Beaverdam, Carolyn Niles of Beaverdam and Janice Dunifon of Cridersville, 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 18 great great grandchildren; siblings Doyt (Marilyn) Lehman of Lima, Donnald (Irene) Lehman of Delphos, Gerald Lehman of Lima, Ellen Hefner of Lima, Florence Greer of Virginia and Rita Snyder of Indiana.
He was preceded in death by a son: Morris Lehman, II and sisters Audrey Stoner and Mary Arlene Lehman.
The family will receive friends 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 20 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. Pastor Kenny Rader will officiate the funeral at 3 and entombment of cremated remains will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Rousculp Church of Christ.
