Pauline M. Kuck , age 91, of Cridersville, died 4:20 p.m., Friday, January 3, 2014 at Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora. She was born March 20, 1922 in Lima, Ohio to James Robert and Alta Marie Githens Hensley, both parents preceded her death. On July 8, 1946 she married Franklin ‘Frank’ Hiram Kuck, who preceded her in death on April 5, 2006.
Pauline was an Office Manager for Richmond Brothers. She was a lifetime member of the First Evangelical Reformed Church, and belonged to the Ladies Aid. She sang for many years Sweet Adelines. She enjoyed gardening, loved music, and all forms of art. Her family was the most important aspect of her life.
She is survived by 2 daughters Darla S. (William “Bill”) Michael of Cincinnati, and Jennifer A. (Michael) Stanz of San Antonio, TX; 3 granddaughters Marissa Apanius, Allison Phelps, Lauren Stanz; 5 great granddaughters Caroline Apanius, Madden Phelps, Eva Apanius, Maren Phelps, and Mason Phelps; 1 brother Robert C. (Barbara) Hensley of Kalida.
She is preceded in death by a daughter Kathy K. Kuck.
Funeral services will begin 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 7, 2014 in Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. Rev. Ed Rinehart will officiate. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, January 6.
Memorial contributions may be given to the First Evangelical Reformed Church.
