Ray W. Diehl, age 65 of Lima, passed at 11:06 a.m., Friday, December 30, 2022 at his residence. He was born May 17, 1957 in Lima, Ohio to the late Harry J. and Patricia A. (Dahill) Diehl.
He had worked at Lima Electric and retired from S & S Tree Service. He enjoyed strumming his guitar and will be remembered for his easy going nature and making people laugh.
He is survived by 2 daughters – Shannon (Jay) McGuire and Angie (Travis) White; grandchildren; 1 brother – Scott (Dionne) Diehl of Lima; 4 sisters – Barb Patterson of Spencerville; Peggy (Alan) Stawarski; Janis Leppla and Doris (Tom) DeCamp all of Lima; a step father – Allen Niehaus and sister-in-law – Carol Diehl.
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers – Rex Diehl and John Diehl.
A private memorial service will be held.
