Robert N. “Robbie” Rister, Sr., age 36, of Delphos, died Thursday August 4, 2011. He was born February 14, 1975 in Lima to Elsie “Anna” Keller Rister who survives in Cridersville, Ohio. On November 4, 2000 he married Linda M. Hesseling who survives in Delphos, Ohio.

Mr. Rister had been a self employed construction worker. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and being out on his Harley. He will be sadly missed by many friends and family.

Survivors include a son Robert Nicholas “Robbie” Rister, Jr. of Delphos, Ohio; 2 sisters Leanna Rister of Lima, Ohio, Shavawn Crowe of Lima, Ohio, a Mother-in-Law Barb Hesseling of Cridersville, Ohio, Father-in-Law Louis Hesseling of Lima, Ohio, Sister-in-Law Janet Alexander of Lima, Ohio, several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home.

Services will begin at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Rev. Jim Loescher will officiate. Burial will follow in Allentown Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the family for Robbie, Jr.’s education
