Ronnie ‘Cash’ Lacey, age 37 of Lima, passed Monday, April 13, 2020. He had a deep love for his mother, Rebecca Lacey and his father, Ronn Lacey and family. Both parents survive.
He was a local musician, who liked to play his guitar and sing. You might have seen him at many Lima locations playing and singing songs by Lynyrd Skynyrd, Johnny Cash and others.
He liked to fish with his dad, draw, and write songs. He loved animals and had a Brindle cat named Bengali. Ronnie was very spiritual, carried a Bible with him most days. He will be remembered for his love of music, life, and making people smile with his music.
Other family members include his maternal grandma and grandpa – Ethel, deceased and Robert Moore of Stout, OH; paternal grandpa and step grandma – Charlotte and Bud Wilsey, both deceased; paternl grandma Kathleen O’Conner Wreede, deceased; sisters – Brooke Cook and his little sister – Brandy (Gavin Rainsburg – who was like a little brother to Ronnie) Lacey; aunts, uncles – Darlene, deceased and John Hirn; Margerite and Rob Moore; Vicky & Jose ‘Paco” Espinoza, Mike Viet, deceased; many cousins; special friends Dan, Kayla, and Tim.
Due to restrictions of the COVID-19 virus, private services were held at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville.
