Sheila G. Everett age 72, of Lima passed away 1:01 a.m. Sunday at Lima Memorial Hospital. She was born May 11, 1946 to the late Eugene and Grace Hughes Lotz.  She married Merlin D. Everett May 9, 2000 and he survives in Lima.

Sheila had been a postal worker and loved being outdoors. She enjoyed woodworking and doing crafts.  Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Additional survivors include children: Kim (Ed) Kennedy of Columbus, Richard Gephart of South Carolina, Steven Stover, Stacey (Chris) Williams and Nikki Stover all of Lima, 9 grandchildren:  Andy, Jamie, Jaiden, Zac, Derrick, Tayln, Stephen, Jarred and Avery and 5 great grandchildren; 2 brothers Jack (Mary) Lotz and Jerry (Louise) Lotz both of Lima.

Sheila was preceded in death by a brother Gene Lotz.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

To the family of Sheila Everette, dear Husband , Children,grandchildren etc. My prayer for you all is that the Peace of God will Comfort your hearts and minds during your recent loss. One of my fondest memories of Sheila is her beautiful smile. Her smile is her legacy that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Every time I see the twinkling of a star.. I will be reminded of your shining face and free Spirit. We do not mourn but Celebrate the life that was shared with those around her. SMILE ON.. You will be missed.
