Additional survivors include a brother Thomas Oliver, Jr. of Lima, 3 sisters: Summer, Jasmine and McKenzie Williams all of Delphos; maternal grandparents Jon Foster of Toledo, Tamara Drown of Green Springs, paternal grandparents Angela Oliver and William Swinehart both of Lima and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to the family.
