Tony A. Fuerst age 74, of Lima passed away Sunday, Dec. 30, at his residence.  He was born Dec. 12, 1944 in Buckland to the late Leo J. and Margarite Andrews Fuerst.

Tony was a contractor for telephone companies for 40 years.  He enjoyed motorcycle riding and was a sports fan.

Survivors include 2 sons:  Dusty (Kristal) Fuerst of St. Mary’s, Shawn (Shannon) Fuerst of Bellefontaine; 5 grandchildren:  Justin (Ashley), Harley, Krista, Josh and Maddi Fuerst; 5 great grandchildren; sisters:  Lana Fuerst and Jeanne-Ann Adams both of Lima and a sister-in-law Carol Fuerst of Wapak.

He was preceded in death by a son Anthony Fuerst, grandson Jamie Fuerst, brothers Glenn and Joe Fuerst and a sister Janet Aldridge.

A memorial service will be held at a later date and memorial contributions may be given to Deb’s Dogs.
