Obituary

William R. ‘Bill’ Craig age 84, of Lima passed away Jan. 4, 2021 at St.
Rita’s Medical Center. He was born Sept. 1, 1936 in Ruch County,
Indiana to the late James W. and Lucille Craig. He married Rhoda A.
King, who survives in Lima.
Bill retired after 26 years as a supervisor from Buckeye Rubber.
Additional family members are children: Will (Nan), Craig, Craig
(Cathy) Craig, Tony Craig, Cheryl Craig, Marsha Spicer and Amanda Craig
all of Lima; grandchildren Kyle, Devin, Catie, Cory, Curtis, Isabelle,
Gavin and Faith: 7 great grandchildren and a sister Lina Craig of
Oklahoma.
At Bill’s request, no public services will be held.

daddy, I'm leaving this memory for you...I remember you always saying to mom is sleeping beauty up yet (talking about me)...that I always cherished...you are my dad and the only dad I've ever known and I love you so much! You are always in my heart! <3

He helped other people even when he didn’t have to. He took on things that would make his life harder but he did it anyway because he couldn’t bare to let something bad happen to anybody. Even at a cost to himself, he put other people first. He liked the simple things, though he worked very hard. He will be missed and I pray he found his peace because he deserves that very much. Rest now because your work is done and know that you are very loved.

Two of my best memories (have so many) but these 2 were truly the kindest acts he did for my babies! Dad moved in w me everywhere I went from Bath to Delphos & out to Shawnee just to help take care of/keep safe my babies Wintworth & Fiona: who I Kno r so grateful to be with him right now!! Also when he told me & my daughter, Faith he would be her there as he dad! He was such a good man, w a huge, loving, giving, caring heart!!! Love you dad/grandpa!! U will never be forgotten- Amanda 😘
