Willie B. Gray Jr.

Willie B. Gray, Jr., age 76 of Cridersville, passed suddenly at 6:15 a.m., Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at his residence. He was born February 4, 1946 in Pineville, Kentucky to the late Willie and Rebecca Howard Gray, Sr. On January 28, 1966 he married Dortha I. Wallace, who survives.

Willie retired after 35 years with the Village of Cridersville. He liked to fish, golf, and play softball. He coached the local grocery store softball team and the team won 1st place. His number one love and enjoyment was his family.

Also surviving are his 3 children – Becky (Tracy) Campbell of Wapak; Willie Gray, III of Cridersville; Darrin (Katherine) Gray of Cridersville; 2 grandchildren – Darrin Gray, Jr. and Brittany Campbell; a great granddaughter – Ellieanna; 3 brothers – John (Barb) Gray of Ada; James (Debbie) Gray of Navarre; Howard (Sandy) Gray of Wapakoneta; 2 sisters – JoAnn (Russ) Holly of Shawnee and Brenda Gray of Florida.

He was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law – Terry and Candy Gray.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, December 2, 2022 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville.
